From Pipelines to Portraits
Laurie is a self taught acrylic artist. She worked in the oil and gas industry in Western Canada for most of her career, and when she decided to step back for personal reasons, and pursue a more relaxing lifestyle but still be connected to a career she truly loved, she decided to paint the oilfield life around her.
Laurie’s work is in many private art collections throughout Canada and the USA. Her work has even made it as far as Japan, Germany, UK, New Zealand and Australia.
